Remember that time you used a generic training plan and you were exhausted, hurt or didn't reach your goal? Well the Windsor Running coaches believe that runners are experiments of one and just because a generic plan is the top Google search, doesn't mean that the plan is right for you. With our personalized training plans, we design workouts that fit your lifestyle and goals. We also have a community of coaches and runners who are here to help out once we build your training plan.

How do Windsor Running's Training Plans Work?

  1. You decide that if you're going to set a goal, you want to do it right
  2. Choose a plan that is right for you 
  3. We'll send you a questionnaire so that we can learn about your goal
  4. A Windsor Running coach will design a personalized plan to help you meet your goal
  5. That coach will email you a detailed strength and running plan within three days
