I used Windsor Running's personalized running and strength training plan to train for the Cherry Blossom 10 Mile race in DC this April. My goal was to increase my pace over last year's. The plan Windsor Running provided was specifically tailored to my running style and schedule for training. The strength training plan definitely made me stronger and I particularly enjoyed the initial email support. Not only did I meet my goal of improving my speed, but I far exceeded it. I highly recommend Windsor Running and I will use it again.

I have run in the 10 mile Cherry Blossom race in DC several times. Prior to this year, I would download one of the generic training programs available on the Internet. They were fine but I did not improve from year to year. This year I used Windsor Running's personalized running and strength training plan to train for the race. My goal was to break my all-time 10 mile PR. I had a great race build-up, but when I woke up and saw the wind, I was disheartened. Even with the brutal wind, I crossed the finish line in a new personal best! I am confident that I could push through because of the strength work that Coach Adam wrote for me when I bought my Windsor Running plan! Thanks!

Before I started working with Windsor Running, I was constantly injured. I felt like the training plans I found online didn't work for my lifestyle and fitness level. After six weeks of One-on-One Coaching, I set a new 5k PR. I am now hoping for a Boston Qualifier!

I was a former soccer player who wanted to get into road races after one of my coworkers started running in them. Coach Jesse wrote me a great plan that helped get me get fit (and beat my coworker).
